This 226-bed health care facility was losing market share to larger regional providers when ACMC’s leadership team turned to PAPA Advertising for marketing communications recommendations to support new strategic directives.
We first developed a comprehensive marketing program to establish central themes of quality and value and then transitioned to an aggressive campaign to re-position ACMC as the county’s first choice for health care services. Consumer research validated achievement of both objectives.
