This 280-unit continuing care retirement community engaged PAPA Advertising to increase market awareness and lead activity. In less than a year, PAPA doubled lead generation and occupancy rose more than 12 percent. Subsequent consumer research indicated that Springhill was the community of choice among the target market.
PAPA also helped the community sell out three phases of their Garden Homes project and developed marketing materials to support a major
capital campaign.
