For the past year Bing has had control over Yahoo! search results. So yes, you can still use Yahoo! as a search engine, however your results are controlled by Bing.
Who cares? Well, unless you are a big searcher like me and like to use multiple search engines to see different or more accurate results, then you probably will not care. But on the Pay Per Click or "PPC" side of things, you have now lost the control to target only Yahoo! search users. For marketers, this is disappointing.
